You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in the exchange process, and any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees for exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either issue a full refund or replace the item at no extra charge. Shipping costs for returns due to defects will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including gift cards, clearance products, and any items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product details before purchasing.
Shipping Fees for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
